E’S BackAlley BBQ – I believe that I am the best Texas BBQ Pit Master in California. I’ll put my ribs & brisket up against anyone. I put my HEART and SOUL into everything I cook, from my potato salad to my mac & cheese to my greens and baked beans. MY FOOD IS THE REAL SOUL FOOD. I have been barbecuing and smoking meat for over 30yrs. After retiring two years ago, I decided to do what I love, and that’s Q’ing. Therefore, I opened my own barbecue business, E’S BackAlley BBQ Mobile & Catering two years ago. My greatest joy is seeing the look on my customer’s faces after tasting my barbecue. Currently, I sell as a street vendor in the Inland Empire area. In just a short time I have acquired many loyal customers who often contact me via social media, asking when will I be out next. All my neighbors ask to buy plates as soon as they smell the pit light up! This is why I love what I do! Not only is cooking a joy for me, but it’s my passion. I wish I had started this business 20 years ago, I would probably be a millionaire by now.
